PET POLICY
At V3 Property Management, we are committed to creating a responsible and respectful community for all residents. To support this, it’s important that every resident understands our pet and animal policies.
We partner with PetScreening, a third-party service that helps ensure clear communication and accurate records for pets, assistance animals, and no-pet households alike. ALL APPLICANTS are required to complete a Household Pet, No Pet, OR Service/Assistance Animal Profile—regardless of whether an animal is present or not.
NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS & APPLICANTS: Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.
Restricted Breeds & Animals
We presently do not accept any of these dog breeds on any of our properties.
- Pit Bulls (including all mixes and similar breeds), Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, and Wolf Dogs/Wolf Hybrids.
We also do not allow chickens or farm animals without prior approval. Horse property will be advertised accordingly if horses are allowed. Turtles, caged rodents (rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, Guinea pigs/etc.), fish, frogs, birds, reptiles, etc. are considered pets and are eligible for an refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
